ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager works directly with customers by in-taking service work, writing profitable work orders and answering questions in person and via email and phone. The main focus of the Assistant Manager is to ensure the smooth functioning of the service workflows and operations in the store and ensure that service work coming into the New Wheel is well planned out and properly executed.

The Inventory Control Specialist works to maintain the integrity, accuracy, and organization of products at The New Wheel. The right candidate will work well with our management, service techs and our delivery driver, have strong computer skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with our suppliers by phone.
