The Tern Vektron Q9 combines a serious folding commuter bike from Tern and the reliable Bosch Active Line drive system to create a bike that our customers have been asking for: a durable electric folding bike that will climb any hill.
One of our favorite aspects of the Vektron is the ride feel. Despite the 20″ wheels the Vektron rides like a great full-sized commuter. No surprise - Tern’s design team is 100% committed to the folding utility bike market.
Frame Improvements for 2019
The cockpit is longer for improved comfort for taller riders. The frame has been designed with additional forged and machined elements for additional strength without extra weight.
Most noticeably, the battery now reclines backwards, keeping the center of gravity as low as possible for superior handling.
