Step One
Schedule
Schedule an appointment for a detailed 35-point inspection. Choose standard turnaround, expedited for priority booking and quicker turnaround or home pick-up via Lugg.
Step Two
Inspection
At your appointment, we will complete a thorough 35-point inspection covering all aspects of your bicycle. You choose what work should be done and agree on a budget.
Step Three
Ride Like New
After service is complete, your bicycle is quality checked and you are notified that it is ready for pick-up by email. Our goal is to deliver your bicycle back to you like new.

New Bike Tune
Included with Bike Purchase
All electric bikes purchased at The New Wheel include 6 months of complimentary service. Complimentary maintenance is recommended at least once within your first 6 months, between 200-500 miles.
Basic Package
Starts at $225
Book a Basic Service Package to get your bicycle dialed in and adjusted. Our mechanics are trained and ready to work with you on a good service plan to make sure your bicycle rides beautifully and stays in good condition for years to come.
Comprehensive Package
Starts at $325
Our Comprehensive Service Package allows us to make your bike like new again with full cleaning, full tuning and adjustment, and free installation of most parts. Cable housing installation and suspension service is 50% off.
A La Carte Service
Billed Based on $135/hour
Need something installed? Have an issue, concern or a problem that isn’t covered in the services above? After inspection we can take care of individual items without a package. Will provide an upfront budget and bill based on our hourly rate.
The Service Center
The heart of our service department is our 5000 square foot Service Center in San Francisco. Here a team of professional technicians handle the most complex maintenance, larger and more complex services and diagnostic, and new bike building.
