Our Policy
If you find a lower price on a product we carry, we’ll work to match it. Start by reaching out in-store, by phone, or by email. Please keep the following policy details in mind:
- The bike must be new, in stock or able to be ordered, a match, and sold by an authorized retailer.
- A valid quote, advertisement, or website link showing the price to match is required.
- Our final price includes shipping, assembly, and preparation costs. For instance, for matches for online retailers, our standard bike build fee will be added.
- Tax is not included in the matched price. Payment of all taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot combine price matches with coupons, rebate offers, bonus gifts, financing deals, or other special promotions.
Price matching is always subject to the discretion of The New Wheel. We do our best to make sure products are priced correctly, but there is always a chance an error could happen. If a product is priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to not sell it at its marked price.
