Big news — The New Wheel is growing! We’re thrilled to share that we’re expanding into a new, larger, and permanent home in San Francisco.
We’ll reveal the exact location soon, but here’s what we can tell you right now: it’s easy to ride to from Bernal Heights and across the city 🚲, and will bring together our retail shop, Service Center, and warehouse — all under one roof 🏠.
When is the move?
The transition will happen in two phases:
- Early January: Our Service Center opens in the new space.
- Late January: Our Bernal Heights shop will make the move.
As we transition to our new space, we’re working hard to minimize disruption. Service at the Service Center will pause at the end of November, and current lead times for regular service in San Francisco are longer than usual. If you need urgent assistance, please email us — we’ll do all we can to keep you rolling. Additional service appointments will be available at our other locations during the move.
