Fenders, a rear rack, a Supernova headlight, an integrated tail light, and a kickstand all come standard. Schwalbe Marathon tires are about as flat-proof as commuter tires get. Pick it up from the shop and ride to work the next morning.
Hills stop being the excuse
Shimano's EP600 motor puts out 85 Nm, plenty for the steepest blocks in San Francisco. The Tour 10 and 20 carry a 630Wh battery, the Tour 30 a 540Wh. Need more? Orbea's 252Wh range extender adds about 40% to the bigger battery.
No chain on the Tour 10
The Tour 10 runs a Gates CDX belt and an Enviolo stepless hub. You twist to change the ratio, even at a stop, and there's no chain to lube or grease to get on your pants.
Smooths out bad pavement
An 80mm suspension fork soaks up potholes and expansion joints. The Tour 20 adds a suspension seatpost. The Tour 10 gets a dropper post with 30mm of suspension built in, so you can lower the saddle at a red light.
Two frames to choose from
The top bar frame comes in S through XL. The Mid frame has a lower top tube that's easier to step over, in S, M, and L. Both get the same components.
